Babylon Elementary School and Babylon Memorial Grade School recently hosted their annual career day, inviting professionals from a variety of sectors to speak to students about their careers.

Guests included professionals from health, fire and rescue, police, airlines, and railroad workers, just to name a few. These volunteers offered their time to speak about their career choices, answer students' questions about day-to-day routines, and outline the necessary steps to start on their respective career paths. The students, in turn, listened intently to the presentations, and some dressed in the outfits of their favorite profession.

This special educational opportunity gave Babylon's students the chance to think about their futures and the different ways they can achieve their goals.
